1. Go to http://webmail.netlink.ie/ and sign in.
2. On the bottom left under "Options", there's a link labeled "Remote POP" - open this link.
3. In the textboxes under "Add Server", you need to add the following details:

Encrypt passwords: yes
Server: mail.example.com [or the mail server you need to check, e.g. mail.eircom.net]
Port: 110
Alias: [blank]
Username: info@example.com [or the e-mail address you need to fetch messages for, e.g. johndoe@eircom.net]
Password: [your password for this e-mail account]
Store in Folder: [choose the folder you want to put the messages into, you can create a new one by clicking "Folders" at the very top]
Leave mail on server: [yes if you'd like to keep copies of the messages in your other account]
Check mail at login: no
Check mail at folder refresh: yes

4. When the details are entered, press "Add Server".
5. Beside "Folders" in the left menu, click on the refresh button (blue circle with arrows).
6. Wait until the page is fully loaded and check the folder you specified when adding the mail server.
