You may leave your mail on the server if you have a need to. It is important to understand that the space used for holding your e-mail counts against the total disk usage you are leasing from NetLink IT. If you do not need to leave your e-mail on the server it would be in everyone's best interest for you not to.

Please also note that if you're using the IMAP protocol, e-mails will not automatically be deleted from the server after you download your messages. To delete your message when using IMAP you must explicitly delete the e-mail. You may also move a copy of the message to one of your local folders.
