| If I register a domain through NetLink IT who owns the domain? |

If you order a domain from NetLink IT, we will register the domain on your behalf in your name, as required by ICANN. You will retain full legal ownership of the domain name as long as it is registered in your name, and continue to pay the annual regisration fee, including the relevant ICANN taxes.
To register a domain name in your name, we require following personal details:
Full Name
Company or Organisation
Full Postal Address
Contact Telephone Number
Contact E-Mail Address
For Irish .ie domains, we may also require a business or company registration number, which can be obtained from the CRO.
