Prospects of Broadband in Roundstone are looking good.
On the 18th of October a meeting was held in Roundstone with two representatives from Radiowave. Radiowave are a company based in Co. Clare which has established itself to provide Wireless Broadband to some local rural communities in Clare.

Radiowave have now offered to aid Roundstone in getting hooked up to the World Wide Web.

The initial site survey which was also carried out on the 18th Oct. showed that a Fixed Wireless Broadband network in Roundstone was almost a certainly possible.

The interest for Broadband in Roundstone is large (despite some scepticism) and the initial setup of the required Broadband equipment will hopefully commence early January.

NetLink IT are hoping to work together with Radiowave in the coming months to provide a good service to the community.
