Company Information Required On Websites!
As of the 1st of April 2007, all Irish limited companies will be
legally required to add information such as company name, registration
number and their registered address in all e-mails and company
websites.
This new legislation will be enforced by the
Office of the
Director of Corporate Enforcement, and is being introduced in
a bid to protect creditors and customers.
Don’t get caught out! Make sure all company information has
been updated. If your company fails to comply with the new
regulations, you could be fined up to a sum of €2,000.00 if
deemed guilty, according to the
Office of Director of
Corporate Enforcement.
If you need any assistance in getting your website updated with this
information, please do not hesitate to

be more than happy to assist you.
