After 22 months in development, the Debian team have released Debian GNU / Linux 5.0, also known as "Lenny". The release, which was dedicated to a valuable member of the Debian team, Thiemo Seufer, who died in a tragic road accident on December 26th, 2008, comes with a lot of improvements including security, display, NTFS support, and Java-based applications directly from Debian's main repository.
